Fusion Compensation: ICD: How to Create ICP Elements as of Approval Date Instead of Start/Submission Date (Doc ID 2866011.1)

Customer has a requirement where cutoff date of data to be sent to Payroll is set as a specific date.
For example, 20th of each month.

Employee fills or submits an ICP request on 15th but the final approval doesn't occur until 22nd of that month.

By that time, the payroll has already run on 20th and on 22nd there is a back dated entry that is as of 15th which poses problem as next time interface is run, it doesn't pick up those rows prior to 22nd.

How can this requirement be achieved?
