Duplicate Entries Created when Posting Asset Impairment (Doc ID 2866095.1)

Symptoms

When processing asset impairment, there are duplicate entries created.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Impairment template for impaired asset
2. Click Upload button twice
