Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to run Retro payroll flow (task details: Recalculate Payroll Retroactive Changes)
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error message:
A system error ORA-20001: The payroll relationship or assignment isn’t eligible for the element XXXX Retroactive on the date 2022-04-01. Details: Check if the employment record for the person meets the eligibility criteria defined for the element.
