22A: Periodic Mass Copy Process Duplicates Transactions In Tax Book (Doc ID 2866245.1)

Symptoms

When Mass Copy is run on Tax books and source line transfer transactions are getting copied to a tax book
with "Copy Changes When Cost Isn't Synchronized" is set to Yes, duplicate records are created in the Tax books.
Data corruption occurs only in the Tax books.

The following sql can be used to identify impacted tax books:

 Impact:
Next time user runs Mass Copy on Tax and Corp book having source line transfer transactions, one or all the following symptoms could occur :
1) Performance of Periodic Mass copy is deteriorated.
2) Duplicate adjustment transactions will be created in tax books.
3) Mass copy may run into error if ‘Copy changes when cost isn't synchronized’ flag is not set to Y.
4) Everytime Mass copy is run, this issue could occur Until the CWB is applied.
