Unable To Edit Or Delete Lease (Doc ID 2866275.1)

Goal

You have created a lease. The associated asset addition has NOT been posted and is in an 'On Hold' queue. There are no transactions pending.

You need to modify the lease and if you cannot modify it then delete it. However, the options are not available on the Lease Actions drop down.
The Assign Book under Actions is the only option available for the lease.

The question is, how can one edit or delete the lease?
