Getting Error While Creation Of Tasks And Sub Tasks In Oracle Projects (Doc ID 2866499.1)

Goal

We are trying to create multiple tasks for single projects parallelly through REST API service but getting below error.
Failed to lock the record in table PJF_PROJ_ELEM_VER_STRUCT with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000050382792 ], another user holds the lock.
