DBFS Is Not Releasing Memory In MFT Marketplace Instance (Doc ID 2866677.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
DBFS is not releasing memory in Marketplace instance

While testing the load in a new provisioned MFT instance in marketplace,it was observed that the memory utilization was raised, but did not came down after the load stopped.
Waited for 24-48 hours but not decreased.

When checking with the TOP command, it was observed that almost 66% of the memory was occupied by dbfs, though there is no load at dbfs.
