Embed Applinks not Working in Oracle Content Management following 22.4.3 Upgrade (Doc ID 2866837.1)

Symptoms

This KM Note applies to Oracle Content Management (OCM) 22.4.3 or higher.

Customers using embedded applinks have reported connection issues following the 22.4.3. upgrade which took place on 4/29/2022.

This can impact integrations with OCM such as OIC Process and JDE, among others.  Typically, the error message shows "<ocm service url> refused to connect"

Changes

The Embed V1 and V2 API update in 22.4.3 now leverages the Content Security Policy frame-ancestors directive for improved protection against clickjacking attacks.
