Symptoms

The Last Updated By column displays the name of the user currently viewing the page and is listed NOT the user who last updated the attachment or created the redline/change.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open a change order in PD
2) Navigate to affected objects tab
3) View Attachment red lines on an affected object
