Symptoms

Integrating the Planning Application in FCCS Data Management, attempting to push "Actuals" data from FCCS to Planning application.  Receive Warning "WARN [AIF]: Warning: No records exist for Period 'Mon-YY'

Process Details log shows Exception message similar to: DEBUG [AIF]: EPMFDM-140274:Message - Exception while applying AMOUNT mapping on the row:[-Redacted-]

Same issue is encountered attempting to export data in flat file.  Review in Smart View confirms data is present for the intersection being exported from data management.
