Symptoms

While executing SASTDYCR batch in ReSA creats Store days which are incomplete even when SA_STORE_DATA is not setup

Steps To Reproduce:


1. Set up store data for a few stores through store data set up Induction file.
2. Run store day create batch (sastdycr).
3. Observe store days created for stores that are not part of SA_STORE_DATA.
