Reclsdly Batch Is Not Inserting Into TRAN_DATA With TRAN_CODE 34 (Doc ID 2867700.1)

Goal

On : 19.3 version, Merch - Foundation

When reclassifying items, we are expecting that it will create TRAN_CODE 34 in TRAN_DATA if the item is not a pack item.
However, after executing reclsdly, it did not insert any records in TRAN_DATA.
Can you please confirm whether this is the expected behavior or not?
