Why we are Unable To View Payroll Element Types In Labor Distribution Schedules (Doc ID 2867719.1)

We use in Labor Distribution module. We are able to create the Person/Assignment schedules.

However, the Pay Element value is not showing any in the list of values in the 'Create Labor Schedule'.
