Symptoms
When trying to search a person, a warning message occurs in Person Information Page, which prevents any edit to the person information

You can't change info in this record because other changes to this person's info still need approval
Approvals are in progress. Info is locked.

Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Group
2. Person: Search for the person impacted
3. Warning message is displayed
