Goal

 
We have integrated IDCS and CX Service (SaaS) platforms with IDCS being the IDP to automate the user creation in CX. One thing we observed that for any existing user who is in sync with both IDCS and CX, if we change the username, it will reflect in IDCS but not in CX service. Email id, first name, last name etc are all getting synched correctly
