Stock Count Export File Not Sent to Merchandising Cloud Server from SIOCS (Doc ID 2867921.1)

When attempting to generate the stock count export results, ThirdPartyStockCountImport_OpsJob fails with following error and the stock count results file is not exported to the Merchandising system.

Expected Results:

When SIOCS in integrated with MFCS, the following file movement is expected.

STK_<storeId>_<scheduleId>_<yyyyMMddHHmmss>.dat.zip  to be sent to MFCS
STK_UIN_<storeId>_<scheduleId>_<yyyyMMddHHmmss>.dat.zip to be sent to thirdparty system to be sent to SFTP/Export/to_thirdparty.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Product Group and Product Group Schedule for a U&A Thirdparty Stock Count for stores 65 and 69
2. Run the ExtractUnitandAmountStockCount Batch job
3. Copy the STK_20220505171917_69.dat” and “STK_20220505191106_65.dat  in a zip format to the SFTP incoming/to_thirdparty folder.
4. Run the ThirdPartyStockCountImport batch job
5. Stock Count snaphot , counted and approved qty get updated
6. Batch job fails with error 'java.lang.Exception: Failed to export stock count child for stock count: 181901'
7. Run the Stock Count Export File SFTP Push Job
8. Batch job fails with 'java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: SFTP file location must exist for config key: file.out.stage.stock.count.path'
