On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Receiving
When attempting to create receipt, the following error occurs.

A currency conversion rate is not defined between EUR and currency AED. (INV-2416316)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications
2. Select Procurement > My Receipts
3. Query with purchase order number that has conversion type = User and match option = Receipt to receive Fixed Price Service
4. Select the record and click on Receive button
5. Enter the details and click submit button
