On : version, .Manage Compensation

Download Salaries feature is not working as expected

Below is the navigation where the issue is found.
My Client groups -> Compensation -> Base Pay -> Download Salaries -> Salary dates is selected as "Latest" -> Business Unit is selected -> Click on Preview Download
Error Message "A Connection to the server has failed (Status = 504)" is displayed.
