Last updated on JANUARY 26, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service - Version 19.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Negative tsf_reserved_qty and tsf_expected_qty for some item / locs.
Should not exist negative values for tsf_reserved_qty and tsf_expected_qty in database.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create PO for 100, fully allocated.
2. Receive 50. po_rcvd_qty = 50. tsf_reserved_qty = 50
3. Don't ship allocation. Qty_allocated = 100, qty_transferred = 0.
4. Send 'SD' message for 100 qty. Note the tsf_reserved qty = 50 - 100 = -50.
