How To Handle Data Flow When There Are Addition Of Columns In Source Dataset (Doc ID 2869102.1)

Goal

How to handle Data Flow when there are addition of columns in Data Flow Source, Data Flow target is Database and "When Run" is selected as "Adding New Data To Existing Data"
When the option "Add New Data To Existing Data" for the Dataflow's "Save Data" step is selected, behind the scene it will execute an INSERT command.
For INSERT to be successful all columns in the select column list should exist in the target Database table, otherwise it will fail.
Below error is observer in logs:

[nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 904, message: ORA-00904: "XXX_XXXX": invalid identifier

where XXX_XXXX is the new column added to dataset csv that was not there before.
