On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Manage Benefits

Unable to put a custom text in two separate lines or bullet points inside the information box

Unable to put a custom text in two separate lines or bullet points inside the information box , in self service Benefits.
Login with self service
Navigation - Me > Benefits >View/Update Contacts
The page that opens on clicking the View/Update Contacts has an information box on it and in that information box below text needs to be updated in two lines or with 2 bullet points .

"• Before proceeding to the next step please add your contacts. Contacts shown can be emergency contacts, dependents and/or beneficiaries. Please note: not all contacts will be eligible for benefit coverage.
• Per Policy: Basic Life & ADD/Voluntary Employee Life/Voluntary ADD Employee – employee cannot be the beneficiary Voluntary Spouse/Voluntary Child/Voluntary ADD Family – employee must be 100% primary beneficiary.
