FAW Following Creating a FAW Instance "Insufficient Permissions" (Doc ID 2869232.1)

Symptoms


Following creating a Fusion Analytic Warehouse (FAW) instance, the user who created the instance was able to login to the FAW instance but then 'Insufficient Permissions' screen is being displayed.  The error does not allow the user to proceed further with creating users, and pipeline parameter configuration for data load.
