A Blank Page Is Displayed When Attempting To Access "Catalog" In BI Publisher In OCI Cloud Environment and This Error Displayed In DevTools: "ERROR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" (Doc ID 2869381.1)

Symptoms

When logged into an Oracle Hosted OCI Cloud Unifier environment, from the Primavera Portal page, clicking on Oracle BIP does not load the BI Publisher home or landing page.  The browser development tools display the following error mesaages:

Error: 

"Failed to load resource: the server responded status of 400 ()"
"ERROR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" message is displayed...

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the OCI Cloud environment.
  2. When the Primavera Portal page is displayed, click on "Oracle BIP".
  3. A blank page is displayed.
  4. Enable Browser Dev Tools (F12) and reproduce Step 2.
  5. The Error noted above is displayed in the "Console" tab.
