On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to load external bank accounts using HDL, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The person referenced as an external bank account owner has no party ID. Run the Synchronize Person Records process to generate party IDs.

For terminated workers, run the Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information process.
