ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Creating Obligation at ASN Carton level is summing up all the qty of that ASN.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Creating Obligation at ASN Carton level is not summing up all the qty of that ASN, it should sum through container level as well.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 2 import PO.
2. Ship PO1 in ASN1 with carton1.
3. Ship PO2 in same ASN1 with carton2.
4. Create obligation at ASN1/carton1 - and notice that qty allocated is sum of PO1 and PO2.
5. ASN1/Carton1 should pickup only PO1 quantity.
