FLASHBACK PDB FAILS INTERMITTENTLY WITH ORA-01152 (Doc ID 2869804.1)

Symptoms

Encountering below errors when opening the pluggable database (PDB) with resetlogs after flashback was performed:

ORA-01152: file xxx was not restored from a sufficiently old backup
ORA-01110: data file xxx:
'+DATA/<DB_UNIQUE_NAME>/<GUID>/DATAFILE/<datafilename.xxxx.xxxxxxxx>'
 

Changes

 Flashback of the pluggable database (PDB) was successful but open resetlogs fails with ORA-1152 and ORA-1110
