Symptoms

The merchant has configured the sequence of Navigation Filter values according to the instructions in https://docs.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?ctx=cx-commerce-latest&id=GUID-EF09127E-B189-49D8-9921-56ACF74FB47F
using the displayOrder and count tokens such as:

However, the ordering of the values ignores the displayConfig setting and the values are sorted alphabetically in the Storefront.
