ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Onboarding Task which is a Questionnaire type is sending a notification as FYI instead of sending as Action Required.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to get Action Required notification for task with type as Questionnaire.

STEPS

1) My Client Groups > Checklist Templates > Checklist > Checklist Task – Onboarding Survey Task Type - Questionnaire Checklist Task > Display Settings

2) Task assignment in BPM Worklist

3) Click on the Task to find > FYI: Task Assigned instead of FYA or Action Required
