Symptoms
When attempting to view the 360 dashboard for a contact
the following error occurs in the orders tile and no orders are displayed.
This error is happening for one(some) user

Internal server error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the contact center
2. Select a contact
3. View the customer 360 dashboard.
4. The orders tile is showing an 'Internal Server Error'
