On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some Scenarios visible on the Inquire on Detail Balances are NOT available in Subject Area General Leger Transactional Balances Real Time


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The same Scenario LOV list of values shown on the Inquire on Detail Balances should be shown in OTBI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. List the Scenario dimension on the Inquire on Detail Balances
2. Go to the Analytics area and open the to the  Subject Area General Leger Transactional Balances Real Time
3. Add the Scenario Dimension to the report and it does not show the same values, it shows only Actual.
