Importing CSV Into Planning Sheets Will Not Update the Columns

When trying to update a Planning Sheet column using the import csv function, nothing happens. The system shows the updating window, but the data is not refreshed.
The users should be able to import via CSV.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Unifier environment
- Navigate to the Company Workspace
- Expand the Planning Sheet Node
- Export the sheet
- Make changes to the sheet
- Import the CSV file
- Notice that the values were not changed
