On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Performance Management

Learning Courses and Notes are not appearing in completed performance document.

User created development goal with some notes and learning item. Once they created a any time document all the goals appears with the notes and learning.
During worker evaluation and manager evaluation also the notes and learning items were visible. But after manager evaluation when document is completed user can not see the notes and learning items both from Manager or emp login.
