Symptoms

Unable to upload invoices using Data Loading with below errors:

Error:
 - Exchange Rate is Invalid (no exchange rate is being passed)
 - Tax Information is not allowed when Tax is on and when the vendor and the location are of different Vat Region.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Login to ReIM application.
2. Try to upload the Invoice using Data Loading.
