On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Integration
When attempting to Create Subledger Application Setups in Spreadsheet
the following error occurs.
ERROR

POPUP ERROR MESSAGE: The application was unable to import file XXXXXXXX.zip successfully. Check the errors table for details. (XLA-871049)
ERROR MESSAGE LINE IN UI: XLA-870010The same name already exists.You must enter a different name.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup & Maintenance
2. Setup :Financial Accounting Hub
3. Accounting Transformation
4. Create Subledger Application Setups in Spreadsheet
5. Download Setup Template - button in UI
6. Fill in excel template
7.Upload Setup file - button in UI
8. Get errors :
POPUP ERROR MESSAGE: The application was unable to import file XlaSourceSystemSetup (9). 20-May-22 21-57-39.zip successfully. Check the errors table for details. (XLA-871049)
ERROR MESSAGE LINE IN UI: XLA-870010The same name already exists.You must enter a different name.

Due to this issue, users cannot CREATE FAH APPLICATION correctly.
The '*Level 'column is not populated with 'Header' and 'Line' in 'Manage Sources' on the application created.
