Fusion Global HR: Person Termination Action Code is Getting Picked for 'O' Period Type Instead of 'E' Period Type Records (Doc ID 2872198.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 08, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version 11.13.21.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In certain scenarios where the person is terminated and re-hired but just an offer record is created in the system, the HCM extract is picking Termination Action Code of offer record which is Null instead of Employee Termination Action Code when PER_PER_TERMINATION_DETAILS_UE is used.

Example: If Employee is terminated on 21/01/2022 with Termination Action Code as Resignation and Re-Hired on 01/03/2022 but just Offer record is created, the Assignment Table contains max start date for this offer record  and when the above UE is used, the Termination Action Code is populating as Null in the extract but requirement is to get Employee Termination Action Code.
