TRANUPLD Input File Does Not Include The Actual Departure Date Fields

Symptoms
The Actual Departure Date is required in the Transportation window, but it is not included in the TRANUPLD input file.
Error
-----------------------
"The Actual Arrival Date cannot be specified until the Actual Departure Date is specified."
Steps
-----------------------
1. Create an imported Order in MFCS.
2. Create TRANUPLD.1 for this Order; see file layout
3. Copy the TRANUPLD.1 to MFCS SFTP
4. Run TRANUPLD job in POM.
5. Open the transportation in UI ->update ->save-> got error must enter the Actual Departure Date
Note: In the File layout in step 2, you do not see anywhere to add the Actual Departure Date.
