OCI DB File System (/u01) space is filling up fast as Listener/Incident Logs Are Not getting Purged

Goal
Environment :- Its OCI VM 2 node RAC Cluster.
Issue : - File system /u01 space is filling up fast.
COnfig:- dbcli list-autoLogCleanPolicy is setup to purge files older than 30 days or free space below 20%

However the LISTENER LOG and INCIDENT LOGS directories are not getting purged and its consuming several GB of space.
Need to mitigate issue and find solution for the AUTO PURGE
