On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Workforce Health and Safety - Fields from Treatments and Lost Time and Return to Work regions are not being populated correctly on BI reports post 22A.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fields should appear on the report as long as they are correctly populated on the UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Incident
2. Create Event -> Populate required fields and 'Treatments' and 'Lost Time and Return to Work' regions.
3. Run custom report -> Observe that values do not populate in the report.
