Symptoms

When attempting to download reports using the SIOCS web client Report screen, the following error message is seen. The xmlpserver URL is also not available to access reports directly in BI Publisher.

"Error downloading the report. Please try again"

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Logon to the SIOCS web client
2. Go to Operations -> Report
3. Attempt to download report
