Price Change Induction Fails With "Plsql_conflict_checking_error" (Doc ID 2872922.1)

Symptoms

In RPCS(Retail Price Cloud Service), when attempting to create price changes through Price Change Induction fails with the following error occurs.

Error:
plsql_conflict_checking_error


Steps To Reproduce:
1. Price change events files are placed in SFTP server in zip format along with .complete files.
2. Files are moved from SFTP server and started RPM_RRICE_CHANGE_INDUCTION_JOB.
3. Job was processing the Price change records and failed with above error.
