Symptoms

In SIM, When attempting to receive a catch weight item with unit quantity as 0 the RECEIPTCRE Message got stuck in RIB-RMS with following error

Error:
[E] Error ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero returned by program unit STOCK_ORDER_RCV_SQL.CHECK_SS.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Receive a catch weight item with 0 unit quantity in SIM
2) RECEIPTCRE Message got stuck in RIB-RMS
