Symptoms

Receiving -99504 message has failed with unique constraint (RMS01.PK_ORDLOC) violated returned by program unit ORDER_RCV_SQL.ON_ORDER for the order-10010131884

All items and cartons are present in the RMS and it was noticed that a few items cancelled qty is more than qty ordered.
