Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to assign resources to a queue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to assign an agent to the queue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Help Desk > Manage Queues for Internal Help Desk Requests
2) Click on Queue, "DC3" to edit
3) Click on Resources tab, click on 'Add Resources'
4) Search for the user.   No result is found.
