Can I Reduce The List Of Adjustment Type Values Available In Project Mass Adjustment? (Doc ID 2873399.1)

Goal

In Project > Costs > Manage Project Costs > Create Mass Adjustments there is an Adjustment Type with a long list of values (see attached screenshot). We wish to disable most of these from use. Is it possible to configure this value set to hide those types we don't want to make available for use?
