Symptoms
OCI Oracle Linux 8 /CentOS 8 instance is inaccessible from the network. Connectivity is only restored after restarting the instance.
/var/log/messages shows that DHCP acquires an IP address at boot, then the DHCP is not renewed until the next day when the system is rebooted again:
