INVALID ITEM Error While Posting Sales of NMITEM which doesn't exists in ITEM_MASTER

Symptoms
When posting a sale transaction via the Sales API with item number type = 'NMITEM' (Non-merchandise item),
In the ReSA UI, adding a non-existing item as a non-merchandise item is allowed and is saved in the tables without any issues
Steps to recreate :
- Create a sale transaction payload for the Sales API.
- Under the Items section, set ItemType as NMITEM and put the same item used in ReSA UI testing.
- Populate the rest of the required fields as needed.
- Notice how it encounters the error "Invalid Item".
