Goal

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

To display a privacy statement in the UI (consider in the Employee Self Service) whenever an employee logs into the system,We  enable the Profile options for Banner in global area but this is seems to appear through, are there any other ways to make it specific to a screen, like employee self service?
