Data Loading Of Error Updates Are Stuck In "New" Status (Doc ID 2873743.1)

Data Loading of Error updates are stuck in "New" status


On loading the update of the error messages in ReSA UI, the upload is stuck in New status.
We have tried this across multiple users, days, sessions leading to the same issue,

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tasks -->Foundation-->Data Loading-->Download
2. Select Template Type as Administration
3. Template as Error Messages
4. Download
5. Open the file, Update the Action to "Update"
6. Update one of the error message "Used Ind" column to "N" from "Y" on both the Error Codes and Error Impact tabs on the excel.
7. Navigate to Tasks -->Foundation-->Data Loading-->Upload
8. Select Template Type as Administration
9. Template as Error Messages
10. Select the modified source file
11. Select Upload
12. Select Done
13. Navigate to Tasks -->Foundation-->Data Loading-->Review Status
14. The upload is stuck in "New" status across multiple days
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer need to manually update the data from the backend
