ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to open contract documents

Under Contracts page , User are unable to open contract documents, when they click on document link its showing message as " The content of this Attachment has been purposefully removed" and when we download document it has no data and instead showing as "File content has been removed."

ERROR MESSAGE

" The content of this Attachment has been purposefully removed "

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

After a recent P2T has occured

1.Click on document link to open contract documents
or
2. Download document
