Fusion Global HR: Reassigned Termination Requests Are Being Approved Automatically (Doc ID 2873873.1)

Symptoms


When users are re-assigning termination transactions from current approver to another user which has already been in approval list, those are being approved automatically in system.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Transaction should go through approval process and the approver should be able to approve one more time.

STEPS
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit termination by user A.
2. Manager B approves the process.
3. Manager C approves the process.
4. Reassign the approval to Manager B.
5. Transaction is auto-approved
